§ 71.05 SPEED LIMITS.
   Pursuant to KRS 189.390, the maximum speed limit for vehicles and vehicular traffic on all streets in the city, except those specifically excluded below, shall be 20 mph. The streets excluded from the maximum 20 mph speed limit are Kentucky State Route 8 (Pike Street), Bromley-Crescent Springs Road, and Main Street.
