§ 1352.10 FEES.

All building construction fees and deposits and review fees charged as outlined in § 1449.07 of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Broadview Heights shall be the responsibility of the applicant or his/her duly authorized agent along with any fees imposed by the utility company.
