(A) No person shall move a building within the city without first obtaining a permit therefor from the Building Commissioner.
(B) The application shall conform in all respects with the requirements of this Code of Ordinances for the issuance of building permits, including, but not limited to, time limits as provided in § 1448.09.
(C) The application or residential structure moving shall be approved by the Building Commissioner. Application for commercial building moving shall be forwarded to the Planning Commission for approval. In considering approval of said plans, the Planning Commission will take into consideration the general consistency of the architecture of the building to be moved with the architecture of structures surrounding the site upon which the building is to be moved. The Council shall have jurisdiction to disapprove the application for the permit if it finds, after appropriate review from the Planning Commission, that the moving of the building will result in a building which is architecturally and/or aesthetically incongruous with the general character of the neighborhood in which the building is being moved.
