(A) The fee may be waived by the Mayor, in whole or in part, for good cause.
(B) Any demolition fee shall be waived if the demolition is being done at the request of the Building Commissioner and is not otherwise legally required.
(C) The fee for a one-, two- or three-family dwelling ramp for persons with disabilities shall be waived.
(D) The fees for government and state-approved non-profit organizations shall be waived.
