When an inspection is requested and made under any of the provisions of the Building Code of the city, and the approved plans are not on the job site at the time of the inspection, and/or any work is found to be either incomplete, inaccurate, or not in conformity with the Building Code of the city or at variance with the information submitted in the application, a charge of $75 shall be made for each Building Code or Zoning Code related reinspection, and $50 for any engineering related reinspection, found necessary in order to certify compliance with all applicable codes.
