§ 1449.05 CITY ARCHITECT’S SERVICES.

(A) The fee for services rendered by the City Architect for projects subject to the Ohio Building Code and new one-, two- or three-family dwellings shall be the total plan review fee charged by the City Architect plus a 12% plan review administrative fee.

(B) In any event, the minimum fee for any City Architect’s services shall be no less than $200.
