§ 1449.02 FEES FOR SUBDIVISION AND DEVELOPMENT PLAN APPROVALS.
   (A)   All fees for subdivision and development plan applications required by the Planning and Zoning Code and/or the Building and Housing Code shall be paid in full prior to the review of such application and/or the issuance of a building permit.
   (B)   The following fee schedule is hereby adopted for applications to the Planning Commission for any action by the Commission required by ordinances of the city as follows:

Notes:   “Unit” as used for this schedule shall be considered as one dwelling unit, one storage rental unit, one motel/hotel unit, one office unit, one store unit, and other single units as determined by the Building Commissioner.
The greater cost shall apply when there is a choice of unit or square feet. Square footage shall be rounded up for fee purposes.
Notes: *In addition to the nonrefundable fee required above, each applicant may be required to pay other actual city expenses incurred that the Mayor and the Planning Commission deem appropriate to protect the health, welfare and safety of the public. Such expenses may include, but are not limited to, reviews, studies, technical data, advice and inspections by consultants, experts and such other personnel, including city personnel, deemed necessary for the submitted project. Prior to any city expenditure of funds for the submitted project, the applicant shall deposit funds with the city in the amount determined necessary by the Planning Commission to accomplish such determined work. If at any time the amount of the deposit falls below $500, the city may require the applicant to provide additional funds in an amount determined by the Planning Commission to continue with such work.
