   (B)   The payment of a fee for a permit authorizing construction, alteration, removal or demolition work, and all work done in connection with or concurrently with the work contemplated by the permit, shall not relieve the applicant or holder of the permit from the payment of other fees that may be prescribed by law. The following fees shall be subject to an assessment that the Ohio Board of Building Standards may impose for work subject to the Ohio Building Code (OBC).
