(A) Application for a license required by § 1445.01 shall be upon a form issued by the Building Commissioner, and a license shall be granted if the Commissioner finds that the applicant is qualified to perform the work for which the application is sought.
(B) The applicant for a license shall be advised that the city recommends the use of certified, bonded and insured subcontractors only in the performance of any construction work in the city.
(C) Evidence of repeated violations of this Building Code or other city ordinances shall be sufficient evidence to disqualify the applicant from receiving a license.
(D) This license requirement is in addition to any registration or licensing requirements set forth in other chapters of this Building Code, except that only one license fee and one bond will be required.
