(A) No general contractor, contractor, subcontractor or landscaper shall perform work of any nature in the city for which a permit is required by the Building Commissioner, the Fire Chief or the Service Director, without first obtaining a license from the city to do so.
(B) Any specialty contractor (electrical, HVAC, plumbing, refrigeration, hydronics) shall hold a valid state license issued pursuant to Ohio R.C. Chapter 4740. Such state license number shall be stated on the city license application.
