The Building Commissioner shall collect the fees set forth in the following schedule at the time of issuing the building permit and/or conducting an annual inspection:
(A) New wireless telecommunications tower and facility: $2,000;
(B) New wireless telecommunications antenna: $500;
(C) Co-location of a wireless telecommunications antenna on an existing tower or building: $500; and
(D) Annual inspection fee: $1,000.
