§ 1344.03 PERMITTED AND PROHIBITED LOCATIONS.
   (A)   Subject to the approval of the Planning Commission and City Council, wireless telecommunications facilities are permitted as a conditional use in C-1, C-2, C-4, E-1, E-2 and D-1 (as otherwise limited herein) zoning districts, contingent on a number of criteria being met. Co-location will not require additional conditional use permits, provided that the original conditions for approval are maintained.
   (B)   Wireless telecommunications facilities are not allowed in any residential districts (classes A-1, A-2, B-1, B-2, B-3 and B-5), in community districts (D-1), except to the extent the same are appurtenant to permitted uses, or in C-3 districts.
