§ 1332.06 CONSTRUCTION, OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE OF PUBLIC POOLS.

No person shall construct, operate or maintain a public pool unless he or she complies with the provisions of §§ 1332.02 through 1332.04 and the following sections.
