(A) No permanent pool, public or private, shall be constructed or any alteration, addition, remodeling or other improvement made thereto, and no portable pool, public or private, shall be placed upon any premises or moved upon any premises, or moved from place to place, without first obtaining a permit therefor from the Building Commissioner. To obtain such a permit, the applicant shall file with the Commissioner an application therefor showing the location, size, depth, plans and specifications thereof of the pool, the site development and such other information as may be required by the Commissioner.
(B) The fee for such permit shall be as set forth in § 1449.08(U).
