§ 1250.03 PRELIMINARY PLAN; MAJOR SUBDIVISION.

The developer shall furnish with the application for approval of the preliminary plan of a major subdivision the maps, data and plans as provided in the Developer/Builder Procedural Outline (Appendix I of these regulations) in force and effect at the time of the application as required by § 1244.02.
