(A) Subject to rules promulgated by the Director of Parks and Recreation, pursuant to his or her authority under the city charter, the tennis courts owned by the city may be reserved at such times as are permitted by the Director of Parks and Recreation for the following fees: city resident - $5 per two-hour reservation.
(B) There shall be no fee for the casual use of said tennis courts, but individuals who have reserved the tennis courts shall have priority of use at such times as are indicated on the reservation.
