§ 1062.01 USE OF RECREATION AREAS.
   (A)   No person shall be on the grounds comprising any recreation area in the city between the hours of sunset to sunrise as determined by the National Weather Service, except when utilizing the areas as stated in divisions (B) and (C) hereof.
   (B)   When the recreation grounds are to be used by the city or other organizations for city-sponsored recreation or for special events, and it is anticipated that the use will continue beyond 10:00 p.m., special permission from the Mayor or the Recreation Director must be obtained for such use. For all such activities that are not city-sponsored, such permission shall be in writing.
   (C)   If the lights on the tennis courts, basketball courts or baseball fields are used incident to a city- sponsored function, such lighting facilities may be used at any time up to and including 11:30 p.m.
