§ 236.03 DEPOSIT OF MONEYS; MONTHLY STATEMENT.
   (A)   A single account shall be maintained at a bank for the deposit of all moneys collected by the city, except as provided in § 236.04.
   (B)   A statement showing the monthly cash balance deposited in this account shall be given to Council monthly.
