§ 236.04 SEPARATE ACCOUNT FOR PAYROLL; MONTHLY STATEMENT.
   (A)   A separate account, effective April 1, 1973, shall be opened at a bank for the deposit of moneys for payroll purposes.
   (B)   A statement showing the monthly cash balance deposited in this account shall be given to Council monthly.
