§ 824.02 APPLICATION FOR PERMIT; FEE.

Permits required by § 824.01 may be obtained by making application therefor to the Mayor upon such forms as he or she may prescribe. Such application shall be accompanied by a nonrefundable fee of $5,000. A separate application and fee shall be filed and paid for each well contemplated.
