§ 824.01 PERMIT REQUIRED.

No person, partnership, corporation or other legal entity shall drill a well for oil or gas, or deepen an existing well for oil or gas, or carry on such development within the city, without first obtaining a permit therefor from the Mayor, as provided in this chapter.
