(A) The license for a juke box or mechanical amusement device shall be posted permanently and conspicuously at the location of the machine on the premises where the device is to be operated or maintained.
(B) Such license may be transferred from one machine or device to another similar machine upon application to the Mayor to such effect, upon the furnishing of a description and the serial number of the new machine or device within 48 hours of the transfer, and upon payment of a $5 transfer fee. Not more than one machine shall be operated under one license. The applicant or licensee shall secure a license for each machine displayed or operated by him or her.
(C) If the licensee moves his or her place of business to another location in the municipality, the license may be transferred to such new location upon application to the Mayor, giving the street and number of the new location.
(D) The new location shall be approved by the Chief of Police and the Building Commissioner in the same manner provided in § 816.05.
