§ 816.05 INVESTIGATION AND INSPECTION.
   (A)   The Chief of Police shall investigate the location wherein it is proposed to operate a juke box or mechanical amusement device, ascertain if the applicant is a person of good moral character and either approve or disapprove the application for a license required by this chapter.
   (B)   The Building Commissioner shall inspect all wiring and connections to the machine, determine if such wiring and connections comply with the National Electrical Code and either approve or disapprove the application.
   (C)   No license shall be issued to any applicant unless the application is approved by the Chief of Police, the Building Commissioner and Council.
