§ 112.40 PURCHASE OR POSSESSION BY UNDERAGE PERSONS.
   (A)   Allowing operation of vending machines. No person holding a license under this subchapter shall permit any person under 21 years of age to purchase tobacco in any of its forms as herein defined.
   (B)   Possession. No person under 21 years of age shall possess any tobacco in any of its forms.
