§ 112.24 SALES TO CERTAIN PERSONS; MINORS RESTRICTED.
   (A)   Sales to certain persons. No licensee under any liquor license issued by the village shall sell, give away, or deliver or allow the same to be done upon the licensed premises, any beverage alcohol or intoxicating liquor to any minor, to any intoxicated person, or to any person known by him or her to be under legal disability or in need of mental treatment.
   (B)   Minors restricted.
      (1)   Frequenting by minors. No minor shall patronize, frequent, or loiter in any establishment deriving its principal business from the sale of beverage alcohol or intoxicating liquor for consumption on the premises.
      (2)   Allowing minors in adjoining rooms. No licensee, under any liquor license issued by the village, or his or her agent or employee, shall suffer or permit any minor to remain in any room or compartment adjoining or adjacent to or situated in the room or place where such licensed premises are located; provided, however, that this prohibition shall not apply to any minor who is accompanied by his or her parent or guardian; or to any minor who has entered a separate, adjacent area for the purpose of dining or employment, which said area predominantly provides meals and associated restaurant services to the public; or to any licensed premises which derives its principal business from the sale or service of commodities other than alcoholic liquor.
      (3)   Misrepresentation of age. Any minor who misrepresents his or her age for the purpose of purchasing or receiving beverage alcohol or intoxicating liquor in any place in the village where liquor is sold or in any manner makes any attempt to purchase beverage alcohol or intoxicating liquor in the village shall, upon conviction thereof, be punished as provided in § 112.99.
      (4)   Selling or serving liquor. It shall be unlawful for any person under the age of 18 years of age to sell alcoholic liquor in any licensed retail establishment.
