(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
(B) Any person violating the provisions of § 111.02 shall be fined not less than $50 nor more than $200 for each offense.

(C) Any person, firm, or corporation violating the provisions of § 111.03 by operation of a video gaming terminal without having obtained the permit and paid the annual fee therefor, or by operating a video gaming terminal in violation of any provision of § 111.03, shall be guilty of a petty offense, and shall be fined an amount not to exceed $500 for each such offense, and the license or licenses shall be subject to suspension or revocation as herein provided. Each day that a video gaming terminal is operated in violation of § 111.03 shall constitute a separate offense.
