(A) Application for license; fee. Any person desiring a license to operate video gaming machines shall file an application with the Village Clerk and pay to the Village Clerk an annual fee for each alley, machine, or table, as follows.

(B) Term of license. All such licenses shall expire on June 1 next after their issuance, and when application is made after January 1 of any year, the license fee shall be the proportionate part of the annual rate fixed by this section.
(C) Closing hours. Every person who shall have a license under the provisions of this section to operate bowling alleys, billiard tables, pool tables, or tables kept for similar purposes shall close his or her place of business not later than 1:00 a.m. and shall not reopen the same before 6:00 a.m., with the exception of Sunday, when the opening hour shall not be earlier than 1:00 p.m.
