§ 94.13 INTERFERENCE WITH ANIMAL CONTROL PERSONNEL.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to obstruct, impede, or interfere with the Chief of Police, any of his or her designated agent(s), or the animal control officer in the performance of their duties, or to prevent or attempt to prevent any such officers from capturing or impounding any animal within the village.
