Any person found guilty of a violation of this chapter in a court of law shall be subject to the following fines:
(A) First offense: not less than $100, nor more than $750;
(B) Second offense: not less than $200, nor more than $750;
(C) Third offense: not less than $300, nor more than $750;
(D) Fourth offense: not less than $500, nor more than $750; and
(E) Fifth offense: not less than $750.
