§ 70.99 PENALTY.

   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.

   (B)   Any person violating § 70.02 shall be subject to penalty as provided in § 10.99(A); provided, however, that the fine may be satisfied without court appearance, by payment to the Circuit Clerk of the county in which said traffic citation is issued.

   (C)   Any person violating the provisions of § 70.03 shall be subject to penalty as provided in § 10.99(A).

   (D)   A violation of § 70.04 is subject to penalties as set forth under § 10.99 of this code.
