§ 70.02 CARELESS DRIVING.
   (A)   Prohibited acts. It shall be unlawful for any person to drive a motor vehicle within the village in a CARELESS MANNER, which is defined as follows:
      (1)   Causing tires to break traction, thus emitting a squealing noise;
      (2)   Causing the rear of a vehicle to slide on the pavement in a side-to-side motion;
      (3)   Accelerating a vehicle into tailgating position behind another vehicle; and
      (4)   Accelerating a vehicle in a manner which causes the front of the vehicle to bounce, thus reducing the driver’s control of the vehicle.
   (B)   Exception. This section shall not apply to a vehicle maneuver necessary to prevent or avoid a collision with another vehicle or pedestrian.
