§ 112.061 LICENSE REQUIRED; DISPLAY.
   (A)   (1)   It shall be unlawful for any person, business or entity to conduct or operate as a mobile food vendor without first securing a city business license.
      (2)   A current city business license is required for all mobile food vendors.
   (B)   A mobile food vendor shall obtain an annual or temporary city business license.
   (C)   The licensee shall conspicuously display their business license at a location visible to the public.
