§ 112.999 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 110.999 of this code of ordinances.
   (B)   Violation of the provisions of §§ 112.035 through 112.047 of this chapter is a Class B misdemeanor.
