§ 111.032 HEARING BOARD; MEMBERSHIP; AUTHORITY.
   (A)   The Alcohol Enforcement Hearing Board hears license enforcement actions and determines appropriate penalties, based on the guidelines provided in § 111.031 of this chapter.
   (B)   The City Council shall serve as the Alcohol Enforcement Hearing Board.
   (C)   The Community and Economic Development Department will provide staff support to the Board.
