§ 111.030 APPLICABILITY.
   License enforcement actions, as defined in § 111.002 of this chapter, are applicable to alcohol establishments only. Beer retailers are subject, when applicable, to the enforcement requirements set forth in Utah Code, or the enforcement provisions set forth in § 110.032 of this code of ordinances.
