§ 111.002 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE. The same meaning as held in Utah Code.
   ALCOHOLIC ESTABLISHMENT. Any business that sells alcoholic beverages to patrons for consumption on the premises as set forth in Chapter 156 of this code of ordinances.
   BEER RETAILER. A retail business that sells beer pursuant to Utah Code.
   LICENSE ENFORCEMENT ACTION. The administrative process set forth in § 111.030 of this chapter.
   SPECIAL EVENT PERMIT. For purposes of this chapter, a special event permit issued by the city.
   TEMPORARY LICENSE. A city business license issued to an alcohol establishment that is valid for a six-month period corresponding with the periods provided for temporary permits issued by the state. Such licenses may include single event permit, special use permit or other temporary permits administered by the state.
