§ 92.049 SWIMMING AND WADING IN LAKES, PONDS OR STREAMS.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any person to swim, bathe or wade in any lake, pond, fountain or stream located within a public park, cemetery, playground or recreational facility and not specifically set aside by the city for that purpose (except that persons fishing may wade where fishing is allowed).
   (B)   It shall be unlawful for any person to pollute the waters of any fountain, pond, lake or stream located in any public park, cemetery, playground or recreational facility.
