§ 155.106 APPEAL OF NO-DEDICATION SUBDIVISION OF FIVE OR FEWER LOTS AND NO MORE THAN TEN DWELLING UNITS APPLICATION DECISION.
   Any person aggrieved by a decision of an Administrative Land Use Authority related to a no-dedication subdivision of five or fewer lots and no more than ten dwelling units application may appeal the decision to the city’s appeal authority, that may include the city’s Land Use Hearing Officer. An appeal shall comply with all requirements and standards of §§ 155.240 through 155.245 of this chapter.
