§ 155.240 PURPOSE.
   (A)   The purpose of this subchapter is to identify the city’s appeal types, appeal procedures and appeal authorities.
   (B)   A person aggrieved by a decision of the Department, the Land Use Authority or a final decision of the city shall comply with the standards and requirements of this chapter.
