§ 92.042 SPRINKLING SYSTEMS.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to adjust or tamper with any sprinklers, sprinkling valves or sprinkling or irrigation systems at any public park, playground or recreational facility, without the express consent of the Public Works Director or his or her designee.
