(A) It shall be unlawful for any person to discharge any firearms, firecrackers, rockets, torpedoes, powder or any other fireworks or explosives in any park or playground. This section is not applicable to a fireworks display specifically authorized by the city or the management and control of wildlife under the authority of the Department of Natural Resources.
(B) The Community Development Department or designee shall have authority to perform hazing of the nuisance birds at Pioneer Park and Mayor’s Pond or other controlled aquatic features under authority of the Department of Natural Resources.
