§ 92.039 FILM, VIDEO, CAMERA OR PICTURE-TAKING DEVICE.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any person to film, video or take pictures with any device within any public restroom, locker room or swimming pool.
   (B)   The Community Activities and Services Director may authorize such activities for special occasions at the city’s public swimming pool.
