§ 72.021 PROHIBITED PARKING WHEN.
   (A)   It is unlawful for any person who owns or has possession, custody, or control of any vehicle or trailer, as defined in this section, to park, or knowingly allow any vehicle or trailer to park on any city street or right-of-way during the following periods:
      (1)   From November 1 through March 15 between the hours of 12:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m.
      (2)   On any public roadway during any snowstorm or within 24 hours following the cessation of snow after any snowstorm.
         (a)   Vehicles and trailers which have been plowed around will be presented to be abandoned and/or in continued violation of this chapter and shall be subject to removal. All costs for removal will be borne by the owner of the subject vehicle or trailer.
      (3)   Longer than 48 consecutive hours in one location on any public street or highway.
   (B)   The Mayor or his or her designee have the authority to designate specific properties with inadequate off street parking as exempt from this chapter.
   (C)   Penalties for violating this chapter shall be an infraction.
