§ 51.014 RESTITUTION OF PAYMENT.
   In the event that water services at a structure are found to have been incorrectly billed, restitution of payment to the customer or to the Brigham City Water Works, shall only be made on the most current 36-month billing period. No claim shall be filed or suits shall be instituted for improper billing outside this time limit.
