§ 51.013 SCHEDULE OF WATER RATES.
   All water supplied to the inhabitants of the city shall be through water meters, unless otherwise directed by the Water Supervisor and the rates to apply for all water so metered shall be fixed by the City Council by resolution as the Council shall from time to time deem appropriate.
