(A) (1) Upon written application and by authority of the Council, the Water Supervisor shall supervise and cause to be installed and maintained services to the water customers from the water main to a point adjacent to the property line. At that point a stop clock, curb box, meter and necessary fittings shall be installed.
(2) A separate service shall be installed to each customer. Standard poly or copper pipe shall be used for all services and one-inch diameter shall be the minimum. Refer to current city public works standards.
(B) For the installation and connection of service lines, materials shall be furnished and charges made sufficient to cover actual costs thereof as determined by resolution by the City Council.
(C) The City Council shall periodically determine the actual costs to the city of all such installations and shall hereafter by resolution duly passed, fix the charges for water service installations.
