§ 51.002 NAMES OF CITY WATERWORKS; CONSTRUCTION OF RESERVOIRS; INSTALLATION OF MAINS AND THE LIKE.
   The waterworks constructed by the city to supply the city with culinary water shall be designated and known as the “Brigham City Waterworks”. The Mayor and Council may authorize the construction of storage reservoirs and the installation of water mains, services and fire hydrants, as the necessities of the inhabitants of the city may require, and make such rules and regulations as may from time to time become necessary to properly service and supply the inhabitants of the city with water.
