§ 90.058 DISRUPTIVE DOGS.
   (A)   No person shall own, keep or harbor any dog which by loud barking, howling or yelping interferes with the health and welfare of any person or neighborhood.
   (B)   A violation of this section shall be an infraction and subject to penalty, and such is hereby declared to be a nuisance, and each day a violation is permitted to exist or continue shall constitute a separate offense.
   (C)   This section shall not apply to the city’s Animal Shelter, animal boarding establishments, animal grooming parlors, pet shops or veterinary hospitals.
