§ 155.999 PENALTY.

   (A)   As provided by the Act, a violation of any provision of this chapter is punishable as a Class C misdemeanor, upon conviction, either:

      (1)   As a Class C misdemeanor; or

      (2)   Imposing an appropriate civil penalty as allowed under the authority of the Utah Code.
