§ 155.057 APPEAL OF PRELIMINARY SUBDIVISION PLAT APPLICATION DECISION.
   Any person aggrieved by a decision of a Land Use Authority related to a preliminary subdivision plat application may appeal the decision to the city’s appeal authority, which may include the city’s Land Use Hearing Officer. An appeal shall comply with all requirements and standards of §§ 155.240 through 155.245 of this chapter.
