Any person aggrieved by a decision of the Land Use Authority, as applicable, related to a preliminary subdivision plat application may appeal the decision to the city’s appeal authority, which may include the city’s Land Use Hearing Officer. If the appeal arises from the subdivision improvement plans, the city shall assemble an appeal panel in accordance with Utah law. An appeal shall comply with all requirements and standards of §§ 155.240 through 155.245 of this chapter.
